Casual Mardones Bilbao Hotel

Loved the amazing location in the old town! Super clean and newly refurbished room. Only downside was the lack of soundproofing. Could hear everything from other rooms 🛌

Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were really friendly and amicable, location was incredible in the city center of Bilbao. My well-maintained and great-sized room came with a private bathroom and an old wardrobe plus good beds. The whole experience was really good!

The location was most convenient, as I could walk everywhere to explore shops, landmarks, and restaurants, while also enjoying a amazing view at Azkuna Zentroa just around the corner. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with recommendations to enhance my city experience.

The staff were very-very nice and assisted with public parking. Exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel television in the room. Nice bathroom with a tub.

i had a good stay at a hotel that allowed me to walk to iconic spots, like the beautiful plaza nueva and the fine church of san francisco de asis, all just a short stroll away, with the staff being friendly and the room being both spacious and clean, making my experience even better!

The staff was attentive and helpful .

Unfortunately, the room was unbearably hot and lacked air conditioning. We were also disappointed in the storage space for our luggage, as the room offered limited options for four people. The bathroom setup was inconvenient, with no shelves for toiletries, leaving us to balance everything on the wet floor.

It was just a suitable option for a weekend outing in Bilbao, definitely value for money. The bed was really comfortable and helped me sleep well despite the noise. Try to bring earplugs for a better night's sleep.

The location is unbeatable, right at the heart of vibrant El Casco Viejo. The charming bathroom was modern and well-equipped, while the room felt spacious enough for a comfortable night. The one small window faced a neighboring room directly, leaving much to be desired regarding views.
